Us
Bluewater Culinary Services are here to help with anything you might need during your stay on the Outer Banks. Specializing in Personal Chef Services, we also provide other specialized services on request, and in home cooking class parties for those rainy days.
Our chef, Rob Mitchell, grew up on the Outer Banks and loves living here.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America Rob headed down to New Orleans where he became executive chef of a restaurant called Gautreau's.
Gourmet magazine's "Top Tables" and a dinner at the James Beard House, featuring Rob in a "Rising Star" series, were just some of his achievements during his five years there. See one of his

After leaving New Orleans Rob spent several years working on mega yachts and estates as a private chef in places like Tahiti, New Zealand, Bahamas and New York. Now he enjoys offering these services on the Outer Banks.
